Client reviews

I can’t speak on the other employees but Samed displayed excellent customer service!!! He made my “house hunting” experience a whole lot smoother than it was going with the other landlords out here. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and involved in every step of the process (unlike other slum lords out there). If you see the company name when looking for housing, ask for Samed. He’ll hook you up! Or give you the real on what to expect from each area you look at. Would give an extra star if I could! Edit: The clerk at the housing office saw Samed’s name on my leasing offer and said “Oh I know Samed, you’re in good hands”.

Samed was a great help. He made sure the process of renting my first apartment in Germany went smoothly. Thank you, Samed!

Huge thanks to Samed and the MG Immobilien team! Moving out was a smooth and seamless process! The support was there and all my questions were answered! Im super thankful and I recommend for any tenants looking for a place to go through them!

What a great experience from start to finish. Samed assisted me every step of the process. He was always responsive to my message and helped me find the perfect rental home while I’m stationed in beautiful Kaiserslautern. If you need a professional to help you with finding a home and closing the deal, do not hesitate to call on him at Göttel und Sohn. I recommend them 100%! Thanks again! Travis Korenek

Samed himself was a great person, who helped me find a house and he was really friendly throughout the whole process.

Gerne wieder....
