Samed was very prompt and professional and made sure you knew how to work all appliances as they are different from American ones. He knows the whole process with the housing office, UTAP, and cable to help set you up. I would definitely recommend his services if you are searching for a place to live. He dresses professionally and wears a nice cologne😊.

Max was incredibly friendly and maintained great communication throughout the process. He offers excellent resources and made everything seamless. I look forward to working with him again in the future!

Familie Fribus

It was great working with Samed at MG Immobilien. He made the whole process really easy and is very helpful with all the details needed for the housing process.

Samed was awesome! Initially when I reached out to him about a property, he called me back promptly and set up a viewing. During the viewing he thoroughly explained all the details of the property. Over the next couple weeks he made sure the process was very clear to me. During the move in inspection he did a great job of documenting all the dings, nicks, scratches and other damage to make sure I was protected when I eventually move out. Since then he has done a great job of providing me all the documentation as well as making sure I understood what’s coming next. I highly recommend Samed.

We recently worked with Samed to find a home for our family. He was professional, attentive and very helpful, assisting us through all aspects of renting a home in Germany. Highley recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Max Göttel when purchasing my first apartment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Max demonstrated exceptional competence, guiding me through every step of the process with professionalism and care. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave me confidence, and he made sure I understood each decision I was making. What really set Max apart, though, from all the other realtors that I have met, was his approachability and trustworthiness. He was always available to answer my questions, and I never felt pressured at any point. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring I found the perfect home that fit both my budget and situation. I truly appreciate how relatable and down-to-earth Max is—he’s the kind of person you can trust with one of the biggest decisions in your life. Based on my experience, he’s my first choice every time I need real estate services, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated realtor. Thank you so much for everything and I am looking forward to working with you again !
