Samed was extremely flexible with me as far as w the apartment I wanted. Explained everything to me so I could understand. Answered all of my questions about the apartment. Overall 10/10 experience.

Samed helped me with the whole process to find the right house, very good service and very friendly. Thank you -George y Mineris.

TOP!

Samed was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with to find exactly what we’re looking for in a rental property. He made the process as smooth as possible and helped us understand how to set everything up here in Germany. We would highly recommend going through him for your next rental.

Samed was extremely helpful in finding me a home. As soon as a listing came up that fit my needs he contacted me immediately for a showing of the house. He was also very helpful in recording any shortcomings in the house on the in-processing checklist sheet which not many do when handing over the keys to the house. He does well at taking care of his clients needs. He has been a great communicator between ourselves and the Landlord and ensuring the requests we made were fulfilled. If you are looking for a home, be sure you book a showing with Samed.

Samed was very helpful throughout the rental process and always available. Walk us through everything in the house and made our transition smooth. I highly recommend!!!!

From beginning to end MG Immobilien was a great company to find housing with. I worked with Samed and he made the process easy & smooth, while even accommodating a few things for me. He was always available when I needed him and was very transparent with everything. Thank you, Samed!

I worked with Samed Kuzu in finding long term rental home while in Germany. I reached out to a couple realtors and no one wanted to help me on the weekend find a home except for Samed and MG Immobilien. I let my realtor, Samed know what I was looking for and he presented me with a couple options. He made everything so easy, from the communication between the owner to the housing office as well as the inspection by the KMC Housing Office! The owners met my requirements that I had asked and even added a large fridge with freezer and a fabulous washer dryer combo! I feel so lucky to have worked with Samed, MG Immobilien and my realtor! It’s more than enough if I get good compliments from the KMC Housing office personnel saying that my team is fabulous to work with! Would totally recommend MG Immobilien and Team Samed and Max! Thank you for making this transition for my family smooth. 😊

Alles super geklappt vielen Dank 👍👍👍
