Become a referral partner with MG Immobilien

Q: Who can become a referral partner?

Any private individual or company. To qualify for a commission, the contact you refer must be new to us.

Q: How much is the commission?

You receive €1,000 for every successful referral. From your third successful referral, we can add you to the partner programme on request. You then receive 15% of the net agent’s commission, so €1,500 on a net commission of €10,000.

Q: When is the commission paid?

We pay once we have received our agent’s commission. You usually receive your money within 30 days of that. We do not need your bank details for the referral itself.

Q: Do I have to pay tax on the commission?

That depends on your personal situation. We cannot give tax advice. Please ask your tax adviser.

Q: What if the person already has an agent or already knows us?

A commission is only possible if the contact is new to us. An agency agreement with MG Immobilien must also be signed.

Q: Will the person know the referral came from me?

Yes. You speak to the person first and give them our contact details. That way, they know from the start who recommended us.

Q: What details do you need from me?

For the referral, only your name, phone number and email address. Please do not send us any details of the person who wants to sell.

Do you know someone who wants to sell their property? Pass on a referral and receive €1,000 once the sale is completed.
