I worked with Samed Kuzu in finding long term rental home while in Germany. I reached out to a couple realtors and no one wanted to help me on the weekend find a home except for Samed and MG Immobilien. I let my realtor, Samed know what I was looking for and he presented me with a couple options. He made everything so easy, from the communication between the owner to the housing office as well as the inspection by the KMC Housing Office! The owners met my requirements that I had asked and even added a large fridge with freezer and a fabulous washer dryer combo! I feel so lucky to have worked with Samed, MG Immobilien and my realtor! We honestly can’t say enough about Max. He goes out of his way for his clients and does not stop at 5 pm. He answers messages all hours of the day, I swear he doesn’t sleep! His houses he has for long term rental are all gorgeous and he works with you through the whole process. Even when lease is signed, he still helps in any way he can. OUTSTANDING SERVICE, professional, friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Samed was extremely helpful in finding me a home. As soon as a listing came up that fit my needs he contacted me immediately for a showing of the house. He was also very helpful in recording any shortcomings in the house on the in-processing checklist sheet which not many do when handing over the keys to the house. He does well at taking care of his clients needs. He has been a great communicator between ourselves and the Landlord and ensuring the requests we made were fulfilled. If you are looking for a home, be sure you book a showing with Samed.

Max is an outstanding realtor! He handled our house sale from beginning to end and was very professional and knowledgeable and allowed us to sell our house within 30 days. He was also there at the closing to assist and provide guidance to an American seller on the German guidelines to sell a house.
